Changes to Requests for Flexible Working Arrangements

The first major tranche of IR legislation changes under the Albanese Government, for workers to secure increased rights when requesting flexible working arrangements has occurred, by the government empowering the Fair Work Commission to arbitrate on the employee’s request, if conciliation of a refused request fails.
